Thiruchendur is a famous pilgrimage site in South India. This temple is about 90 km away from NEC via Thoothukkudi. The seashore temple is devoted to Lord Muruga and is one of Lord Muruga’s six abodes. Arupadi Veedu the 157-foot-tall nine-story-tier temple tower dates from the 17th century AD. Visiting Valli Cave, taking a sea bath, and soaking in Nazhikkinaru are all considered sacred.
